I have known Rakhshin as a colleague from almost two decades ago and Sumantra for a little less. The first time we really got an opportunity to directly work together was about 4 years ago, when the T24 Mobile service business was undergoing a massive re-think. The agency took a 360° perspective of the brand, adding value in every aspect, from branding to direct marketing to loyalty and promotions.
